Exchange & Return Policy – Shamsiya Collection

At Shamsiya Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make the exchange and return process as seamless as possible. Please read our easy-to-follow policies below:


Exchange Policy

Eligibility

You can request an exchange for any article purchased online within 30 days of delivery, except for Cosmetics and Fragrances. Exchanges are available both in-store and online, provided you have valid proof of purchase.

Note: Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide one of the following:

  • The original purchase receipt

  • The order confirmation email

Conditions for Exchange

Articles must meet the following conditions to qualify for an exchange:

  • The item is unused

  • Original tags and labels are attached

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The original invoice is provided

If the item is defective, incorrect, or the wrong size, customers must provide visual proof (e.g., photos). For articles, original packaging must be intact. Items delivered in boxes (such as unstitched products) must be returned with their complete packaging.


Online Exchange Process

To request an online exchange:

  1. Email our customer support team at contact@shamsiyacollection.com

  2. Include your order number, details of the item, and the reason for exchange

  3. If all exchange conditions are met, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep

The exchange process typically takes 7–10 working days after verification.


Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The item delivered was damaged or defective

Return Conditions
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Process

To initiate a return:
