1. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, creating an account isn’t required—you can check out as a guest. However, having a Shamsiya Collection account makes future shopping faster and easier.
With an account, you can:

  • Save your delivery and billing details for quick checkout

  • Manage exchange requests easily

  • Track your current orders and view your full purchase history

2. How can I create an account?
It’s simple!

  • Desktop: Click the profile icon in the top right corner and choose “Sign Up”. Fill in your details to get started.

  • Mobile: Tap the menu, then the profile icon, and follow the steps to register your account.

3. What if I forget my password?
Just click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page. Enter your email address, and we’ll send you a secure link to reset it.

4. Can I update my address information?
Yes! After logging in:

  • Go to your Account and open the Address Book

  • Click “Edit” to update a saved address

  • Choose “Delete” to remove one

  • Select “Add New Address” to enter a new location

Once you’re signed in, go to your Account Dashboard. You’ll see a full list of your orders, including their status and details

1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Shamsiya Collection is easy:

  • Add your favorite items to the shopping bag

  • Click the shopping bag icon and proceed to Checkout

  • Fill in your contact, shipping, and billing details

  • Click “Continue to Payment” and choose your preferred payment method

  • Select “Place Order” and check your email for an order confirmation

If you’re logged into your account, your saved information will make checkout even faster. You can still update your details before placing the order.

2. Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, absolutely! Call us at [Your Phone Number] and provide the product code (SKU), size, and color. Our team will assist you with placing your order.

3. Can I order online and pick up in store?
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup. However, we’re working to introduce this option soon to serve you better.

4. How can I check my order after placing it?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the order details. Didn’t receive one? Check your spam or junk folder. Still not there? Contact our support team at contact@shamsiyacollection.com for assistance.

5. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can request changes by contacting our support team within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed, you can cancel and place a new one.

6. Where do I find my Order Number?
Your Order Number will be included in the confirmation email sent after your order is placed. Keep it handy for any inquiries or follow-ups.

7. What if something’s missing or wrong with my order?
We’re here to help. If there’s a missing item, wrong product, or a damaged piece, contact us at contact@shamsiyacollection.com . Please share your Order Number along with clear images of the item(s) received.

Depending on availability, we will:

  • Send a replacement item

  • Arrange a pickup

  • Or issue a voucher or refund for the item value if it’s no longer in stock

8. Does adding an item to the cart reserve it?
No, unfortunately placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Items are only confirmed once your order is completed at checkout.

9. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it’s processed by reaching out to our support team.
Once it has been shipped, cancellation won’t be possible. However, our standard exchange policy will apply after delivery.

1. What payment options are available?

We offer the following convenient and secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Debit / Credit Card – We accept VISA and MasterCard


2. Is any advance payment required for Cash on Delivery orders?

No advance payment is needed. You’ll pay the full order amount in cash upon delivery.
For high-value COD orders, our Customer Support team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.


3. Can I pay for a COD order using a cheque?

No, we only accept cash payments for COD orders. Cheques are not accepted.


4. Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on your website?

Yes, absolutely. All online payments made on our platform are processed via a secure and encrypted gateway, ensuring the protection of your personal and financial information.


5. What should I do if my online payment fails?

If your payment fails:

  • Double-check that your card information is accurate

  • If your account was charged despite the failure, the amount is usually refunded within 7 business days

6. Can my billing address be different from my shipping address?
  • For COD orders, only a shipping address is required

  • For card payments, both billing and shipping addresses are needed. They can be the same or different—just select the option to enter a different billing address during checkout.


7. Will I receive a refund if I cancel or return my order?

If you cancel an order within 24 hours of placement and it hasn’t been dispatched, we will issue a coupon voucher equal to your order value.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place the order, we will process a full refund, which may take up to 15 working days, depending on your bank’s policies.


8. How do I use a coupon or gift card?

To apply a coupon or gift card:

  1. Enter the code in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field during checkout

  2. The discount will be applied automatically if valid

Important Notes:

  • Coupons may have restrictions (e.g., minimum spend, product/category exclusions)

  • Each coupon is tied to the email address it was issued to and can only be used online

  • If your order exceeds the coupon value, the balance can be paid via COD or card

At Shamsiya Collection, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

  • Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days

  • During sales or promotional periods, delivery may take up to 15 working days

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped on the next business day whenever possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and verification of payment details.

Note: You may receive your items in multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery of available products.

 

2. Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do! Shamsiya Collection offers worldwide shipping. To place an international order, please visit our website’s international shipping section or contact us at contact@shamsiyacollection.com for assistance.

3. What are the delivery charges?
Good news — we offer FREE delivery on all orders, no matter the value or location within Pakistan.

4. Are delivery charges included in the total amount?
Since delivery is free, there are no additional shipping charges added to your total at checkout. The amount you see is the final amount you pay.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our delivery partner’s website or by visiting the Track Your Order section on our website.

6. Which courier services do you use?
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

  • FastEx

  • Call Courier

  • QWQER (for local deliveries)
    For international shipping, we partner with DHL.

7. What happens if I miss the delivery?
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

8. Can I change my shipping or billing address after placing the order?
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. To request an update, contact us as soon as possible at contact@shamsiyacollection.com.

9. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we deliver worldwide with the exception of certain products (like fragrances or cosmetics) due to international shipping restrictions.
We currently do not ship to India, Iran, Israel, Syria, or Cuba due to government regulations.

Important: Please do not accept any parcel that appears to be opened, damaged, or tampered with. Accept only sealed packages in official Shamsiya Collection packaging.

3. Will I receive a security confirmation email every time I place an order?

Online security is applied to every order. However, the confirmation process is typically required only once for your account. If you use a different debit or credit card, a new online security confirmation may be necessary.
